Production

Only ripe fruits grown in the Tavush region at an altitude of 800-1400 m above the surface are used.
Distillation uses an alembic and repeated, fraction distillation with separation of the heads, tails and heart. Water for mixing, softened, purified from the Aragatsotn region. After mixing with water, the distillate rests for several weeks.

Mijnaberd Cornel Distillate has a transparent color. It has a balanced, soft aroma and flavor of cornel and cornel stones. The finish is fresh and worming with berry notes. It is aperitif and digestive.

Pairs with Armenian cuisine, and beef dishes.
