Our Team

The combination of old traditions and innovations-this is how the staff of the MIJNABERD ALCO can be characterized. The team consists of experienced employees who have many years of experience in winemaking and spirit production, as well as young people who bring youth energy into our work.

Founders

The founders of MIJNABERD ALCO company are Mr. Gagik Avetisyan and Mr. Gevorg Khachatryan. Gagik Avetisyan began his career in 1993 at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia, then moved to the Central Bank of Armenia, and later held top management roles in a commercial bank. He is now fully dedicated to private business. Gevorg Khachatryan also launched his career in 1993 within the banking sector, where he held several top management positions before shifting his focus entirely to his private business.

Our Consultant

With the expertise of German oenologist Rainer Ruttiger, we rebranded AKOOM and launched our new Mijnaberd wines, capturing the essence of Armenian vineyards with renewed passion. Together, we’ve crafted wines that reflect our commitment to quality and innovation, ensuring every bottle tells a story.
