Production

Only ripe fruits grown in the Tavush and Armavir regions at an altitude of 800-1400 m above the surface are used.
Distillation uses an alembic and repeated, fraction distillation with separation of the heads, tails and heart. Water for mixing, softened, purified from the Aragatsotn region. After mixing with water, the distillate rests for several weeks.

Testing and Food Pairing notes

Mijnaberd Mulberry Distillate has a transparent color. It has a typical but balanced mild aroma of mulberry. The berry notes alternating with menthol tones are felt in the taste. The aftertaste has a slight sourness providing freshness to the distillate. It is aperitif and digestive.

Combines with hot dishes and fresh salads.
