PRODUCTION

The processed fruits of ripe quinces are infused with quince
distillate, after infusion, the product is blended, filtered and
aged in steel tanks (10 months). When blending, purified,
softened water from the Aragatsotn region is used.

With a dark straw color, the liqueur presents a delightful harmony of sweet and tangy flavors, reminiscent of ripe quince fruit. Its taste profile is characterized by a luscious fruity sweetness with a subtle tartness, complemented by hints of floral undertones.

Pairs well with aged cheeses like manchego or gouda, almond, hazelnut or coffee desserts.
