Production

Only ripe fruits grown in the Aragatsotn region at an altitude of 950-1500 m above the surface are used.
Distillation uses an alembic and repeated, fraction distillation with separation of the heads, tails and heart. Water for mixing, softened, purified from the Aragatsotn region. After mixing with water, the distillate rests for several weeks.

Mijnaberd Apricot Distillate has a transparent color. It has a balanced, soft, and non-obsessive aroma and flavor of ripe apricots. The aftertaste is pleasant and long-lasting. It is aperitif and digestive.

It is combined with Armenian cuisine, with salads, just as it is perfectly combined with dried apricots.
