Production

Only ripe fruits grown in the Aragatsotn region are used.
Distillation uses an alembic and repeated, fraction distillation with separation of the heads, tails, and heart. Water for mixing softened, and purified from the Aragatsotn region. After mixing with water, the distillate rests for several weeks.

This Distillate is crystal-clear with a soft, balanced aroma and flavor of ripe apricots. The aftertaste is smooth and long-lasting.

Pairs beautifully with Armenian cheeses, dried fruits, and light appetizers. Also complements dishes like tolma or ghapama.
